     The Arcadia Valley Academy has been a part of Arcadia Valley, Missouri since 1847. Originally the Academy was a High School, but later became a Catholic girls school. Now under private ownership, the Academy is fast becoming a destination for many tourists and sightseers. If you would like to know more about the History of the Academy, click on History on this page. For now the Academy is being used for many things such as; a Wedding center, class and family reunions, special events, weekend getaways, and community events. So far the Academy has hosted Mountain Man Rendezvous, a Celtic Festival, and many private parties. Click on Events for future events being held at the Academy and in Arcadia Valley.

     Inside the Academy you will find the Academy Antique Mall, Academy Bed & Breakfast, and some of the most beautiful stained glass windows on earth. The gymnasium is one of three of it's kind, and has hosted many receptions and special events. A full auditorium with antique fixtures is currently waiting for the right production company to come and use it. The
