Everyone should have the opportunity to experience a wedding in the Historic St. Joseph Chapel, the most beautiful structure at the Academy. This enchanting structure uplifts the spirit and awes the mind. The Chapel’s stained glass windows are some of the most beautiful in the world. St. Joseph's Chapel was built in 1908 and its history, which is so prevalent, creates the perfect atmosphere and captures the imagination. You must see it to believe it.

Gymnasium
Built in 1930, the Gymnasium was the last of the original buildings to be constructed for the Ursuline Girls Academy. It hosted sports, plays, and community dinners. Built in two tiers, it was designed to have an operating ground floor and a balcony seating observation deck.
Today, this building is the perfect place to rent for parties or events. Over 50'x100', the building is large enough to hold as many as 500 guests in a single event. Often used as the premium location for receptions during our hosted weddings and ceremonies.

The Auditorium was erected in 1917 and seats 75 people. Countless recitals and plays were put on in here by the students that attended the Ursuline Girls Academy. Today, we use it for intimate weddings, plays, and community theatre.

Entertainment:
The Academy’s Campus was endowed with many striking venues for entertainment. The College was considered a top notch education that covered all aspects of learning development which included drama, music, religion, dance and art. The Ursuline Sisters had each room designed to enhance the education process and each venue still retains it impeccable beauty, acoustics and design to add to each artistic endeavor. Today we use these incredible rooms to bring first rate entertainment options to the community. Please visit our Upcoming Events page for a complete list of entertainment for this year.
